Return & Exchange Policy

Report within 3 days of receiving your orderIf you received the wrong item (over-shipped, under-shipped, or incorrect size/model), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Submit within the 7-day inspection periodFor sizing issues, ordering mistakes, or similar concerns, please contact us via our website or FB Page within the 7-day inspection period. Items must be returned in the same condition as received — damage or soiling caused by the customer will not be accepted.
Return limitsEach order includes one free return. A second return within the inspection period requires the customer to cover round-trip shipping of $200. Accounts with 3 or more personal-reason returns within a year will be deactivated per our policy.
Full-order returns for discounted ordersIf a discounted order contains an incorrect item, please return the entire order and reorder at the current listed price — original promotions will not be reinstated. If the return brings the order below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Exceptions

Non-returnable situations

Returns or exchanges requested after the 7-day inspection period will not be accepted.
Items that are not in their original condition (including product, tags, packaging, gifts, shoe box, and invoice); items showing signs of wear, dirt, or damage are not eligible. Any included gifts must be returned along with the product.
For hygiene reasons, intimate items that have been opened or tried on cannot be returned.
Sale or promotional items explicitly marked as final sale.

Return Process

How to return or exchange

Please follow the steps below to ensure your return or exchange is processed smoothly.

Submit your request
STEP 01 Submit your request Leave a message on our website, DM our FB Page, or call us to speak with a Mijily team member.
Pack the item securely
STEP 02 Pack the item securely Confirm the item is in brand-new condition with no damage or soiling, and include the printed order slip inside the shoe box. Wrap the original shoe box (with shoes inside) in a cardboard box or plastic bag. Do not stick tape or write directly on the original shoe box. ⚠ Damaged shoe box — a handling fee of $100 per item will be charged
Provide pickup contact details
STEP 03 Provide your pickup contact details Share your pickup address, full name, and contact number via FB, Line, or our website, and confirm the arrangement with our team. Mijily will schedule a Hsinchu Transport pickup from your location.
Courier pickup
STEP 04 Courier pickup No label is needed on the parcel, but it must be available at the provided pickup address. Make sure the correct item is handed to the Hsinchu Transport courier. If you're unavailable, a family member, friend, or building management can assist.
Item received at warehouse
STEP 05 Item received at our warehouse Processing typically takes 2–5 business days (excluding public holidays). Pickups are generally scheduled after 3:00 PM, subject to daily routing and volume. Once the item is received, our team will proceed with the return process.
Reminder

Refund notes

If you are returning only part of an order, please fill in the credit note included in the shipping slip and place it inside the shoe box before sending it back.
Once the return is received, our team will confirm the refund amount with you before processing. No additional payments will be accepted after the refund is issued.
Refunds are processed within 1–14 business days (excluding public holidays). A $15 interbank transfer fee applies for non-E.SUN Bank accounts.
All Mijily shipments are inspected for condition before dispatch, and the entire packing process is recorded on video.
