材料選擇

從「不使用什麼」開始

我們只採用回收再生與低衝擊材料——盡量使用單一原材料、100% 再生纖維，以及負責任來源的紡織品。現階段導入工業回收塑料（PIR），每一種材料的挑選，環境足跡與機能質感同等重要。

在地製造

台灣設計製造，經久耐用

台灣製造，建立在地生產鏈。每一雙 Mijily 都在台灣在地工廠完成，由熟練職人親手監製每道工序。在地生產不只減少運輸的碳排放量，更支持本地產業，並確保大量製造無法企及的品質把關。

每雙鞋歷經開模、裁版、定楦、車縫、貼合等多道精細工序，全程講究精準。我們相信，最好的環保不是回收——而是做出一雙你捨不得丟的鞋。

Materials

It starts with what we choose not to use

We work exclusively with recycled and low-impact materials — prioritizing single-material construction, 100% recycled fibers, and responsibly sourced textiles. We currently use post-industrial recycled plastic (PIR). Every material is selected for its environmental footprint as much as its performance and feel.

Local Production

Designed and Made in Taiwan

Made in Taiwan — building a local production chain. Every pair of Mijily shoes is completed in local Taiwanese workshops, where skilled artisans oversee every stage of construction by hand. Keeping production close to home reduces carbon emissions from transportation, supports local industry, and ensures a level of quality control that mass manufacturing simply cannot match.

Each pair goes through a meticulous multi-step process: mold making, pattern cutting, lasting, stitching, and bonding — all done with precision. The most sustainable shoe isn't one that gets recycled. It's one you never want to throw away.

Before any pair of Mijily shoes leaves our workshop, it passes through a thorough quality review. Sole adhesion, seam integrity, fit consistency — every detail is checked by hand, by people who care about the outcome.
