How long does membership last?▾
Membership is activated on the day you register and remains valid forever — no expiry date. All tier benefits and exclusive perks begin immediately on the same day.
How do I upgrade? Do I need to apply?▾
No action needed! The system automatically tracks your cumulative spending within 180 days for each tier. Once you hit the threshold, you'll be upgraded the following day, and the next tier's countdown resets automatically.
Initial design orders or orders following a refund are excluded from upgrade calculations.
When do Circular Points expire?▾
Points accumulated during the current year (Jan 1 – Dec 31) will reset to zero on January 1st of the following year, and a fresh cycle begins. Remember to use your points before year-end!
When is the Birthday Credit issued?▾
Based on the birthday provided at registration, your credit is automatically sent to your account on the 1st of your birth month. It is valid for 30 days and can be applied directly to any order.
